    Dear Sir/Madam,

In the information about the points that you need to be able to work at Heathrow it says something about ‘5 years of previous work history’.
I am from the Netherlands and I have just finished a 3 year aviation study to become a passenger service agent or a flight attendent. During the study I have finished a lot of internships at Amsterdam Schiphol airport.
Do I really need 5 years of previous experience to be able to work as a Passenger service agent?

    Yours Sincerely,

    Isabella Vonck
